It was an honour to celebrate the retirement of Dr. Charles “Chuck” Mustard, a foundational part of Moira Place Long Term Care Home since its doors opened in 2009. Over the last 17 years, Chuck has touched the lives of many of the 900 residents who have called Moira Place home. But his impact goes far beyond his medical expertise; he is an intricate part of our broader community because he is simply a good, deeply caring person.
