It was an honor to be part of the official opening at the Tweed Stampede on Saturday. It was sold out, all eyes were on the ring whether it was trick riding, bronco riding or bull riding the action was nonstop. Hat’s off to the Trudeau family, staff and volunteers for 17 years of dedication in making this event a highlight for our municipality and for visitors from all over, it was so impressive .
